1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Prime Residences Property Management LLC ("Prime Residences", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Prime Residences provides short-term and mid-term serviced apartment rentals and property management services in the UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi). Availability, pricing, and property specifications are subject to change without notice.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid payment method is required to confirm a reservation. Rates quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking depending on the reservation channel.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damage caused during the stay will be charged to the guest. Smoking is not permitted inside any property. Unauthorised parties or events are strictly prohibited. The maximum permitted number of guests must not be exceeded.
5. Liability
Prime Residences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our properties or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant booking.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Prime Residences and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
