Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy varies based on the length of your stay. All times are calculated based on the property's local timezone (Gulf Standard Time, GMT+4). Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Short Stay (1–6 nights)

More than 7 days before check-inFull refund

3–7 days before check-in50% refund

Less than 3 days before check-inNo refund

Mid-Term Stay (7–29 nights)

More than 14 days before check-inFull refund

7–14 days before check-in50% refund

Less than 7 days before check-inNo refund

Monthly Stay (30+ nights)

More than 30 days before check-inFull refund

14–30 days before check-in50% refund

Less than 14 days before check-inNo refund

Special Circumstances

In the event of documented emergencies (hospitalisation, bereavement, natural disaster), we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@primeresidences.ae.

Early Departure

If a guest checks out before the agreed departure date, the unused nights will not be refunded unless a minimum of 7 days' notice is provided and the reservation is for 30+ nights.
