Our Story
From Budapest & Munich to Abu Dhabi
We launched our first serviced apartments in Hungary in 2015, driven by a belief that guests deserve more than a hotel room and owners deserve more than a letting agent. That belief shaped everything we built.
Over nearly a decade operating across Hungary and Germany — managing a portfolio of over 60 apartments in multiple cities — we refined every aspect of hospitality management: pricing, guest experience, operations, and owner reporting.
In early 2025, we brought that proven model to the UAE, launching in Abu Dhabi and Dubai with the same commitment to transparency, performance, and guest delight.
